Making of cable trench dimension 300 mm wide and 1000mm deep by excavation of earth. The 4 cable shall be protected by laying of brick in 3 sides with filling of sand as per the direction of Engineer in charge at site (Outside track crossing) and backfilling of earth/ ballast. The work to be executed as per enclosed specification.

Supply and Laying of 100mm dia. HDPE pipe (partly through UG and partly through FOB).

Supply, installation; commissioning of cubical type main LT panel board (outdoor type) dust vermin; 6 corrosion proof, chemically treated cream grey color, modular in construction made of suitable size, using CRCA sheet of 2mm thickness and are Epoxy power coating having 400 Amps capacity extensible type TPN copper bus bars (4 bas bar) 440 Volt, 50HZ of high conductivity type and bus bar system shall have heat shrinkable colored PVC sleeve. All internal connection to be done by suitable size copper strip comprising of the following i) 125 amps 4 pole MCCB 50 kA microprocessor release - 2 nos. ii) 100 amps 4 pole MCCB- 2 nos. iii)63 amps MCCB-2 Nos. All MCCBs should have Ics=100%of Icu. The panel shall be fabricated from 2 mm thick sheet steel duly surface treated with at least 10 tank process treatments and powder coated, dust and vermin proof duly wired with PVC insulated copper wire confirming to IS: 694. The panel shall also comprise of suitable size & quantity of MCCB door interlocks, spreader link terminals, Aux. contact, CT, reverse current relay, led indicating lamps, 6A control MCB. The busbar shall be of electrolytic grade copper of size (50 x6) mm for 3 phase & neutral. The panel to be manufactured by any CPRI approved fabricator.

Supply and erection of earthing by 50 mm GI pipe, 3 mtr long 4.05mm thickness including 7 construction of earth pit, RCC earth cover slab with filling/mixing of salt, charcoal etc of required quantity and earth continuity by 25x3mm GI strip with GI nuts bolts washer etc. including welding, earth resistance flag etc. as per Drg. No. NFR/CEE/CON/GS/10(earthing system)/04/2016 & as per Technical Specification No. NFR/ELECT/GS/10 (EARTHING SYSTEM).

Design, Supply ,Erection, testing & commissioning of passenger Escalator complete with all 8 associated accessories and safety devices etc. as per RDSO'S specification no. RDSO/PE/SPEC/TL/0095 (REV'3')-2019 or latest amendments and STR no.RDSO/2017/EM/STR/0002 (Rev.'1') - 2019 or latest amendments.The Cost includes free maintenance of two years under warranty/guarantee period as per RDSO spec. with the latest amendment if any.

Complete dismantling and Uprooting (retrieving) of existing Rail pole /steel tubular/RSJ @40<47K47Z47s41@ lbs with its CC foundation by earth digging and filling the ditch after uprooting & finishing of surface as per direction of Engineer in charge at site
