The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works in the last 7 years, with specific requirements such as: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, separate completed works of minimum required values for each component can also be considered for fulfillment of technical eligibility criteria, with each component costing more than 2 crore. The total value of similar nature of works completed during the qualifying period shall be considered. Additionally, the bidder must submit a list of works completed in the last three financial years, including description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of scheduled completion of work. The tenderer should also submit a list of works on hand, indicating description of work, contract value, and approximate value of balance work yet to be done, and date of award. Some specific values mentioned include 1000.00 cum, 439.61, 439610.00, 800.00 cum, 105.58, 84464.00, which are related to the items of work, but not directly related to the prior work experience or similar works completed by the bidder. The work experience certificate from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above are acceptable, while certificates from private individuals are not considered.
