Alternator efficiency at 100% load 0.8 pf - Minimum 94.5% and at 75% load 0.8 pf - Minimum 94.8%. Permissible voltage dip at full load 0.8 pf - Maxmimum 20%. Timer permitted to build up rated voltage at rated RPM - Maximum 5 sec provided engine reach the rated speed. Short circuit withstand time - 3 times rated current for 10 secs. (iiI) BASE PLATE: Made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications. (iv) AMF CONTROL PANEL: Factory made cubicle type floor mounted AMF Panel board, duly powder coated manufactured with CRCA sheeet suiable for automatic ON mains failure with MCCB of suitable rating with short circuit protection (MCCB - 03 Nos of suitable rating as per manufacturer's recommendation for both incoming and one outgoing connection), Contactor (Power contactor - 03 Nos of suitable rating as per manufacturer's recommendation for both incoming and one outgoing connection), controller with displays of voltage, current KW , frequency and KWH indicating lamps for " load-On" and "Set running" , CTs of suitable rating, aluminium bus bars of suitable capacity with incomimg and outgoing terminations and control fuses duly wired and ferruled complete on all respect. (v) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Weather and sound resistant enclosure with insulation conforming to UL-94-HF1 class for flammabilty and designed to meet latest MoEF/CPCB norms, sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 dB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and ox, 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSM No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002 and amendments thereof.Fluid styling - no projection. Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel. Fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure.

(vi) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m space shall be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.3 M (viiI) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel as per manufacturer specification. (viii) Fully automatic AC operated additional battery charger of suitable capacity incuding suitable size twin core copper wires fixed with copper lugs shall be provided from charger to battery for charging of batteries without any extra cost to the Government. (ix) MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices. (x) Controller shall be microprocessor based fully configured with graphical LCD display, monitoring features for all electrical parameters, Lub oil parameters, Battery parameters and self diagnostic features for all important parameters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying cables in trenches and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge at site. (NOTE: Excavation & earthwork, sand cushioning and cable protection shall be measured and paid seperately under relavent items of this schedule)

Material and labour for providing clean dry river sand for cushioning as protection to underground cable, laid to required thickness as specified in SSR Part I and consolidated and compacted after punning down to required thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge at site.

Material and labour for laying well burnt old size sub Class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat and perpendicular to the direction of the cable in trenches, for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Dismantling and taking out old cables from trenches and Supply, laying, jointing and testing 3 (three) runs of PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed electric copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm, single core alongwith and including earth wire of size 6 Sqmm drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit, 40mm dia, laid in trenches, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site. Note: (i) 3 Runs of 10 Sqmm with 1 run of 6 sqmm cable and 40 mm dia PVC conduit together shall be measured as 1 run. (ii) All excavation & earthwork & Thimbles required for above item is included in the rate quoted for this item)

Disconnecting cables connected to old existing Monoblock pumpset, sealing the cables for safety and precaution, taking out old existing Monoblock pumpset from foundation and shifting to MES Store yard complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site. NOTE:- The rate quoted for this item includes for all necessary labour and T&P and vehicle for transportation required for the job to be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, erecting, commissioning and testing of centrifugal mono block pump set, with CI Casing, impeller and cast steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings, suitable for 440 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz with discharge capacity 19-27.5 LPS at 10-25 Mtr Head, confirming to IS- 12469:1988, 10 HP capacity, water pump set comprising of the following specifications, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site :- (a) Mono block type pump - 1No (b) HP TEFC squirell cage induction motor with class 'F' insulation, 1500 rpm with synchronous speed, operating on 415+ 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C supply - 1No. (c) 100 mm dia dial type pressure gauge - 1 No (d) Mounting frame with fixing arrangement - 1 set. (e) PCC cement concrete foundation for the pump unit - 1 Job. (f) PVC copper conductor of suitable size drawn through and inluding PVC conduit for connecting motor to starter panel.

Taking out carefully submersible pumps, any type and of capacity 10 HP to 41 HP, any make and model from the borewell / UG sump / sewage well by disconnecting electric connection / cable connections from pumps, sealing cables, opening nuts & bolts from delivery line and other connected parts and depositing the dismantled submersible pumps with MES storeyard, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site. Supplying, Fixing, commissioning and Testing of fire authority approved Diesel Engine driven Fire Pump at 41 Veh Pump House location (Standby pump), suitable for automatic operation, consisting of following:- (a) Horizontally mounted, multi stage, split casing Centrifugal fire pump with operating speed not exceeding 1500/1800 RPM as per IS : 1520 complete for delivery of 1620 LPM discharge against 70 Mtr Head so as to ensure a minimum pressure of 35 meter at the highest and farthest outlet at the specified flow complete with necessary strainers, 100mm dia dial pressure gauge of calibration 0-15 kg/sq cm. The pump shall be capable of giving 150% of rated discharge at head not less than 65% of rated head. The pump shall be provided with mechanical seals, The impeller shall be enclosed type and accurately balanced dynamically. The pump casing shall be of cast iron, impeller shall be of bronze and shaft shall be of stainless steel. Governing class (as per ISO 8528: Part V)-G3, Emission as per latest CPCB IV+ norms, noise levels as per CPCB norms-less than 75 dB. The Diesel Fire Engine Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching pumpset, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per OEM and including suitable digital panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system suitable for climatic conditions prevalent at Guwahati with suitable derating factors as applicable and meeting specification as elaborated here-in after:- Make of Complete Diesel Fire Engine Set:- Cummins / Kirloskar/ Greaves Cotton or equivalent make as per Zonal approval compliant with emission norms as per GSR 804(E) published in The Gazette of India dated 03 Nov 2022.

(b) Water cooled Diesel engine developing suitable BHP for the above pump set, 1500 RPM including engine control panel with manual and automatic starting mechanism, auto/mannual selector switch, 3 attemt starting device, timers, relays, push buttons, start/stop in mannual mode, 2 Nos lead acid batteries of 12V 180 AH capacity or as per OEM design/ recommendation, battery charger unit with boost & tckle charger , selector switch, 3mm thick welded steel fabricated Disel tank for two hours capacity complete with inloet and outlet connection, fuel tubing to the engine of MS C class, fuel filter, fuel lift pump, oil level indication gauge, residential exhaust silencer, fly wheel, air intake manifold, air cleaner, radiator, radiator fan, lub pressure gauge, filter, cooling water temperature gauge and all other accessories required to complete the system. The diesel engine shall be rated for continious duty and shall have BHP rating necessary to drive the pump at 150% of its rated discharge at 65% of rated head.

(c) Diesel engine Exhaust system of upto 12Mtr length of class 'B' MS pipe of suitable diameter with bends, expansion joints including providing suitable supproting arrangements at suitable intervals, with glass wool insulation 50mm thick on all sides of exhaust pipe and silencer, with chicken mesh wrapping and 1mm thick aluminium sheet cladding complete as required. (d) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AMF autostart complete with necessary relays like no volt relay, over voltage and low voltage relays, contactors, timer, pressure switch etc as required for the auto start of the diesel engine in case of power failure complete with all accessories including connection to diesel engine complete as required all in conformity with the local Fire regulations. The Diesel engine driven fire pump will start automatically in the event of pressure drop beyond preset limit or on mains failure or failure of electric driven pumps to start. (e) Common bed plate of fabricated mild steel channel or cast iron type, coupling, coupling guard etc as required.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats of size 2m x 1m x 2.0 mm thick, for voltage upto 3.3 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) IEC / BS EN 61111: 2009 BIS / ERDA / CPRI approved, suitable for electrical shock safety, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site.

S&F Pressure switch, fixed in water rising line, univeral type, including all necessary wiring using suitable size of wire, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Material and labour for MS studs, nuts and bolts of any size and any length with suitable Mild Steel washer of any size for jointing of flange pipes / valves / glands etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Supply and fixing IN REPAIRS, CI Fittings such as Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee, branch pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs, suitable for Spigot & socketed pipes / flanged pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Material & Labour IN REPAIRS, for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm, buried directly in ground, vertically, at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including copper strip of size 20x3 mm as earth lead upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40 mm bore GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mm C/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009. NOTES:- The rates quoted for this item includes for Excavation and earth work in any type of strata or drilling hole for electrode, P.C.C. pit and C.I. cover, Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs etc. as specified, G.I. protection pipe of size specified for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering, Test point and any extra length of main earthing lead beyond 7.5 metres, Connecting lead from test point to main switch or switch board or equipment to be earthed, testing after completion and if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
