M&L for boring under roads or any other specified location by reqd T&P without disturbing the top surface of the road for insertion of GI Pipe of 40mm to 50 mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully defective street light luminaries 45 watts / 60 watt/ 100 Watt and any wattage from the LT poles by disconnecting electric supply and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing of LED street light fittings in aluminium PDC housing, toughened glass cover, individual LEDs with secondary optics, covered with IP66 protection with inbuilt surge protection of minimum 10 KV and repair/ replacement warranty of minimum 3 years of capacity 60/65W. M&L for disconnection of electric supply and demolition of existing PCC foundation of poles, taking down old steel tubular swaged pole or RCC pole of 9m or 11m and re-installation and commissioning of the pole within 2.0 km radius of existing location complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC works for foundation will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for planting of poles, foundation etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

The LT distribution panel must have stainless steel hinges with special type of heavy duty stainless steel front & back door opening, locking arrangements. The Panel should have provision/ accommodation of the following electrical items :-

M&L for shifting of LT Panel of any make and any size from existing location including dismantling of existing PCC platform and electrical connection and relocated its with electrical connection and necessary foundation with PCC work as per site requirement.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of electric power cable, heavy duty 11KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area of 120 Sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/ cable duct complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole with suitable clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for auguring under road, pavement, hard standing, runway lines by trenchless technology using latest boring technique and necessary machine for insertion of GI pipe of 100 mm and 80 mm bore complete all as as directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular swaged pole, 7.5 m approx above ground level incl bracket, clamp etc with one coat of sky blue enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces (upto 2 m from the ground level) and one coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces (rest of part of the pole) of any description including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cable route indicator made out of Plain cement concrete of 1:2:4 type B1, of size 15 cm x 15cm x 15 cm, with one end of angle iron of size 25mm x 25 mm x 4 mm duly embedded in cement concrete and the other end of angle iron duly welded with chequered MS plate of 120 mm dia engraved with "MES HT Cable", angle iron of approx lenght 45 cm, complete all as specified and all as directed for HT Cable route indicator.

M&L for hot dip galvanised (as per BS EN ISO 1461 1991) brackets of 40 mm dia (medium grade), 1.5 m long bend to shape for fixing LED type street light luminaires, on pole through MS Clamp, nut, bolt & washers including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing of ornamental decorative casting in Golden color made of Pressure Die casting in aluminium at Bottom and middle. The pole shall have window cutting of 300mm x 80mm weather proof flush door & locking arrangement for housing of the pole to accommodate electrical accessories . decorative hot dipped galvanised mild steel step pole with grey powder finish .The decorative pole should be duly pre-treated and painted UV resistant coating in Grey color shade. The Pole & the cast iron embellishments should be machined & polished properly to get the smooth finish. The coating should have a DFT of 80-90 microns. Entire unit shall be given an extensive three Stage treatment with PU based etch primer, Zinc phosphate primer and Poly Urethane paint of approved color & prescribed for such surfaces to make it absolutely rust and corrosion proof, as well as giving it a pleasing appearance . The window cover is fitted with allen screws to the pole and is to be provided in bottom section of pole. The body of the pole shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface as per IS 2629 and IS2633. Mounting base for 3m should be Mild steel base plate of 250 mm X 250 mm with 12mm thickness, having 4 holes of 20 mm dia at a distance of 200 mm. Height of the pole should be 3M . Contd.......
