Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying GI tubing /UG cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide, exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0m deep for foundation of poles, stays and struts etc, and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, filling back in trenches after laying of cables and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for beding and cushioning to cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness will be measured and paid.

S&L unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mm X 150mm X 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying Un -reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type 1 with size 300mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Erecting Steel Tublar Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-55 (11.0 M long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Alumi-nium Primer (Externally from Top of Coping) including writing MES Pole No. with synthetic Enamel Paint (First Grade/quality), complete all as specified and as directed NOTE: Earthwork, Cement Concrete, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate items.

M& L cross arms bracings ,supports , clamps & back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts bolts washers , welding bending cold or hot , driling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inlusive of one primer coat , one under coat and finising coad of paint.

Supply and install HT 11 KV outdoor gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting with drop out fuse having 12 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps. Make : Jaipuria/Alston/Pactil

Supply and fix Lightning arresters high tension expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class,suitable 11kv, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp.

Supply & fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and acessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm

Supply and fixing danger notice board of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet,vitreous enamelled white,with letters, figure and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps ,bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20cm.

Suppying, laying jointing and testing of LT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor multistranded heavy duty 1100 volts grade electric cable of cross section area 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core making connection with suitable size of eyelet on both side laid in trenches/crossings/panels/walls etc. complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.Make:Havells/Gloster/KEI. Note : Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning feeder pillar box, outdoor type, suitable for operation on 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz electric supply system, factory made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet side covers with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, rubber gasket on front and back to make it dust and vermin proof, powder coated including 200 Amp rated aluminium busbar sleeved with heat shrink sleeve colour coated for 3 Phase, 4 wire electric supply system and wiring with suitable size of copper cable complete comprising of following accessories all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (Note: Feeder pillar box shall be mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above ground level as directed. S & F GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia galvanised with all fittings laid in trenches as protection of cable.

M&L for earthing in replacement complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60x6.3mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to earthing test point/transformer/panel all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by Engr-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any typr of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1:2:4) type CI, PCC pit cover, charcol, salt including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering complete

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required of size 32x6mm galvanised iron strip.

S&F cast iron round type HT cable route indicator of minimum height 45CM fixed on 300x300x300 PCC block at an interval of 15 M and at the places of turning complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around the layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplush soil to a distance not exceeding 50m making good in hard dense soil

M&L, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in stay foundation/coping to poles, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc all as specified and directed.

S&F angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165).

Material supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing 100mm x 100mm mesh of 4 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire.

Supply and fix MS round bars 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape as required and fixing as required in fencing confirming to Gde - I, IS-432 (Part-I) complete.

S&F of MS iron flats 40 X 6mm thick in wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. confirming to FE-290, Gde E-165

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed on the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 4cm but n.exc 6cm long.

S & F galvanised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, as directed.

M&L for applying two coat of Black Japan paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth etc complete.

Supply and spread 40mm graded stone aggregate inside the fencing & gate around two poles structure, transformer to a thickness of 150mm.
