PROVISION OF CORROSION PROTECTION PAD

Supply and application of Ferro Silicone based superior metal & Brushable Ceramic based material coating/ Putty with compressive strength of 10000 psi (Minimum) on cut pipe saddles (cleaned and blasted surface of SA 2 to 2 1/2 std.) at support location of pipelines direct in contact with the support beams. Job includes lifting of hydrocarbon or utility (gas, fuel & air) pipelines at support location with jack or tripod, cleaning the bottom portion of pipe line at support location with Tetra chloro ethylene based cleaner with fast drying and propellant CO2, use of cut pipe saddle at support location after its thorough surface preparation as per Std. SA 2 to 2-1/2 and application of brushable ceramic based material coating on bottom portion of thickness 400-500 micron and Fero Silicone based superior metal coating/ putty to a thickness of 2mm (Minimum) in contact with the pipeline. Carefully placing back the lifted pipeline along with supply of all tools, tackles and manpower in a safe manner in all locations as per the direction of Engineer In-Charge. Location of job shall be as decided by the Engineer In-Charge irrespective of the size of pipeline with all tools, tackles, labour, transportation etc. (Unit of Measurement "EA" stands for each cut pipe section of varying sizes as per the dia of the piping) (Size of Saddle = 1/3 rd of Pipe Size x 250-300 mm Length)
