REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) AIR FORCE STATION, GUWAHATI OPEN TENDER ENQUIRY NO: AIR FORCE STATION GUWAHATI/01/OCG/2019-20 INVITATION OF BID FOR OUTSOURCING OF VEGETATION CLEARANCE SERVICES AT AIR FORCE STATION GUWAHATI FOR THE FY 2019-20 (01 APR 19 TO 31 MAR 20 OR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF CONTRACT, WHICHEVER IS EARLIER) For and on behalf of President of India, the Air Officer Commanding, AF Stn Guwahati, invites Bid for “OUTSOURCING OF VEGETATION CLEARANCE SERVICES AT AIR FORCE STATION GUWAHATI” for the period from 01 Apr 19 to 31 Mar 20 or one year from the date of contract, whichever is earlier. 1. Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station Guwahati as buyer is interested in outsourcing of Vegetation Clearance Services for technical and domestic area of Air Force Station Guwahati. Online Bids are invited for outsourcing of services listed in Part II of this RFP. 2. This RFP is divided into five Parts as follows: (a) Part I – Contains General Information and Instructions for the Bidders about the RFP such as the time, place of submission and opening of tenders, Validity period of tenders, etc. (b) Part II – Contains essential details of the services required such as the schedule of requirements (SOR), Technical Specifications, Delivery Period, mode of Delivery and Consignee details. (c) Part III – Contains Standard Conditions of RFP, which will form part of the Contract with the successful Bidder. (d) Part IV – Contains Special Conditions applicable to this RFP and which will also form part of the contract with the successful Bidder. 2 (e) Part V – Contains Evaluation Criteria and Format for Price Bids. 4. This RFP is being issued with no financial commitment and the Buyer reserves the right to change or vary any part thereof at any stage. Buyer also reserves the right to withdraw the RFP, should it become necessary at any stage. 5. You are requested to indicate your acceptance of the above offer based on the terms and conditions as given in the succeeding paragraphs and as per Appendix ‘A’, ‘B’ ‘C’ & ‘E’ of the RFP. (a) Schedule of requirements for the outsourcing of Vegetation Clearance services is annexed at Appendix-‘A’. (b) Technical Bid Qualifying Performa for outsourcing of Vegetation Clearance services is annexed at Appendix-‘B’. (c) Commercial Bid Performa for outsourcing of Vegetation Clearance services is annexed at Appendix-C. (d) Certificate of familiarisation of required services and areas where services are to be provided is annexed at Appendix-D. (e) Certificate for acceptance of part contract is annexed at Appendix-E. 6. The bidders are requested to strictly adhere to the guidelines for filling up quotations stated at Para 15 of Part I of this RFP. 7.
