The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The bidder should have completed eligible similar work(s) and should not have executed such work(s) through another contractor on a back-to-back basis. A "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one Storey including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project. The bidder should also submit a list of all similar works completed during the last seven years, along with performance reports. However, no specific amount or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for the requirements mentioned above, which are based on the estimated cost of the project. The bidder's average annual turnover is considered, with a minimum turnover of a certain amount in any one year during the last three years, and the bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,98,63,923/-.
