The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs. 1,02,86,800.40 - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs. 1,28,58,500.50 - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs. 2,05,73,600.80 “Similar Work” shall mean Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one Storey (machine room and mumty shall not be counted as a story) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project. The percentages of similar works completed are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2,57,17,001/-.
