The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of works, specifically in Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should furnish the list of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years. The bidder's experience will be evaluated based on the following criteria: - Experience in eligible similar nature of work during last Seven years (Maximum 20 Marks), - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, - In between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis. The bidder should also submit performance reports for the similar works completed. The bidder's financial strength will also be evaluated, with a minimum requirement of 10% of the estimated cost put to tender, and a bidding capacity of at least Rs. 2,41,08,109.00. The bidding capacity shall be calculated by the formula: Bidding Capacity = {[AxNx2]-B}, where A is the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last three years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. The bidder needs to provide information about the name of work/project and location, owner or sponsoring organization, cost of work in Rs. in Crores, date of commencement and completion, and other details for each similar work completed. The performance of works (Quality) will be evaluated with the following marks: - Outstanding: 40 Marks - Very Good: 30 Marks - Good: 20 Marks - Poor: 0 Marks Time Over Run (TOR) will also be evaluated, with the following scores: - Without levy of compensation: 20 - With levy of compensation: 15 - Levy of compensation not decided: 10 - TOR > 3.50: 0 The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under the Central Govt. or State Govt. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works at 40% of the project cost - Two similar works at 50% of the project cost - One similar work at 80% of the project cost - Bidding capacity of at least Rs. 2,41,08,109.00 - Minimum financial requirement of 10% of the estimated cost put to tender.
