The bidder is required to have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The experience can be in the form of: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project A "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one storey. The bidder should furnish the List of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,29,90,620.00. The bidder is required to have completed similar nature of works during the last seven years, with details to be provided in Form "C", including the cost of work in Rs. in Crores. The experience in similar class of work is assigned a maximum of 20 Marks, with evaluation as follows: (i) 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria (ii) 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more (iii) In between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis. The performance of works (Quality) is evaluated with a maximum of 40 Marks. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt. or State Govt. with experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last Seven years. The bidder's performance on work, including time over run and quality, is also evaluated with a maximum of 20 Marks and 40 Marks respectively. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works with a cost of at least 40% of the project cost - Two similar works with a cost of at least 50% of the project cost - One similar work with a cost of at least 80% of the project cost - Bidding capacity of at least Rs. 2,29,90,620.00 - Completion of similar works during the last 7 years, with details in Form "C" and cost in Rs. in Crores. The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost of the project for three, two, and one similar works respectively. The amount is mentioned as Rs. 2,29,90,620.00 for the bidding capacity.
