The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of works, specifically in Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should furnish the List of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years. The specific amount and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as: - 40% of the estimated cost of the project for three similar works - 50% of the estimated cost of the project for two similar works - 80% of the estimated cost of the project for one similar work - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis Additionally, the bidder's experience in similar class of work will be evaluated with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, with pro-rata basis for in between values. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last seven years, with details provided in FORM "C", including the name of the work, owner, cost, commencement and completion dates, and any pending litigation. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 2,82,19,543.00. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works with a minimum value of 60% of the estimated cost.
