The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience can be in the form of: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one storiey (machine room and mumty shall not be counted as a story) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project. The bidder should provide details of eligible similar nature of works completed, including name of work/project and location, owner or sponsoring organization, cost of work in Rs. in Crores, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and any pending litigation/arbitration cases. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2,32,76,228.00, which can be used to calculate the required cost of similar works. For example, 40% of the estimated cost would be Rs. 93,10,491.20, 50% would be Rs. 1,16,38,114.00, and 80% would be Rs. 1,86,20,982.40. The bidder should also provide a performance report of works, which includes details such as agreement number, estimated cost, tendered cost, date of start, date of completion, and performance report (quality of work, financial soundness, technical proficiency, resourcefulness, and general behavior).
