The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed similar works, with specific requirements including: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one story. The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last Seven years in Form "C". The performance report for these works should also be submitted in Form "D". The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in-between values. The bidder's average annual turnover and solvency are considered in the evaluation, with a minimum solvency of 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,98,63,923.00/-. The bidder should have a gross annual turnover on construction works, and a solvency certificate from the banker in Form "B" is also required.
