The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar nature of works during the last seven years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The evaluation of the bidder's experience in similar class of work will be based on the following criteria: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for experience between the minimum and twice the minimum eligibility criteria. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 60% of the estimated cost put to tender to be eligible for the minimum marks. The bidder's experience will be assessed based on the value of similar works completed, with a minimum requirement of twice the estimated cost put to tender for 100% marks. The cost of work shall mean gross value of the completed work including cost of material supplied by the Government/client but excluding those supplied free of cost. The bidder should furnish the List of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years in (Form "C"). The evaluation criteria for technical qualification include experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last Seven years, with a maximum of 20 marks. The marks will be awarded based on the number of similar works completed. The bidder should have completed similar nature of works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tender. The details of these works should be provided in FORM "C". The form requires information such as name of work/project and location, owner or sponsoring organization, cost of work in Rs. in Crores, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and other relevant details.
