The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, specifically in the field of Civil Engineering Construction. The experience criteria are as follows: * The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. * The similar works should be in the field of Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to one storey. * The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project. * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project. * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder's experience in similar class of work will be evaluated for 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, with pro-rata basis for in-between values. The bidder needs to provide details of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years, including name of work, owner, cost, dates of commencement and completion, and other relevant information in Form "C". The cost of work in Rs. in Crores is also required to be mentioned in Form "C". Specific values and percentages for the amount of similar works completed that are mentioned include: - 40% of the estimated cost of the project for three similar works - 50% of the estimated cost of the project for two similar works - 80% of the estimated cost of the project for one similar work - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more.
