The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last Seven years. The experience will be evaluated based on the details furnished by the bidder, with a maximum score of 20 marks. The calculation of points for the attribute "Experience in similar class of work" is as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,61,42,266.00/-, calculated based on the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last three years. The bidder should also have a solvency of minimum 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or a Net-worth certificate of minimum 10% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder is required to submit details of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years, including the cost of work in Rs. in Crores.
