The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The experience can be demonstrated by completing: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The bidder should submit a list of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years in Form C. For evaluation of experience, 60% marks will be given for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and marks will be given on a pro-rata basis for experience between the minimum and twice the minimum eligibility criteria. The value of similar works should be mentioned in Form C, including the cost of work in Rs. in Crores. However, no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder should furnish the amount and certificate issued by the client for each similar work completed. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,36,26,149.00/-. The estimated cost of works put to tender should be more than Rs. 5 Lakh for cement works. The bidder needs to submit a performance report of the works referred to in Form C, which includes an evaluation of the quality of work, financial soundness, technical proficiency, resourcefulness, and general behavior, with ratings of Outstanding, Very Good, Good, or Poor.
