The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned in terms of milestones, which are: 1. 25% of Total work in Financial Terms within 3 months. 2. 50% of Total work in Financial Terms within 6 months. 3. 75% of Total work in Financial Terms within 9 months. 4. 90% of Total work in Financial Terms within 12 months. The bidder should also have completed all civil, electrical, mechanical, and horticulture work within 15 months. The amount withheld for non-achievement of milestones ranges from 0.25% to 1.00% of the total work, with specific percentages for each milestone. The bidder's experience in eligible similar nature of work is evaluated based on a maximum of 20 marks, and their performance on work is evaluated based on Time over Run (maximum 20 marks) and Quality (maximum 40 marks). The total evaluation is out of 100 marks.
