The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. A "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one Storey including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project. Additionally, the bidder's average annual turnover and solvency are also considered, with the bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 3,34,83,561.00. The bidder needs to submit a certificate of financial turnover, which includes the financial turnover of the last 3 years, and a net worth certificate of a minimum of 10% of the estimated cost put to tender.
