The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. A "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one storey (machine room and mumty shall not be counted as a story) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country as mentioned during the last 7 (Seven) years ending last day of submission of tender. Additionally, the bidder should submit a Net-worth certificate of minimum 10% of the Estimated cost put to tender, and the bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,89,18,669/-, with the calculation of bidding capacity involving the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last three years. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in between.
