The required prior work experience for the bidder is 7 years in eligible similar nature of work, specifically in Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s). The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The bidder should furnish the List of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years in (Form "C"). The form requires the bidder to provide information on works completed during the last seven years, including the name of the work, location, cost, and dates of commencement and completion. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis Additionally, the bidding capacity of contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 3,41,56,200.00. The bidder's experience in similar class of work will be evaluated for 20 marks.
