Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineerin-charge.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-35 grade, in roads/taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineerin- charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note:- Cement content considered in M-35 is @ 360 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately. a) Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine

Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 for hot sealing bitumen compound grade A.)

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Grassing with ' Doobs' Grass (Grassing with 'Doobs' grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth if needed):- In rows 15 cm apart in either direction

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in th existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required.Upto 35 sq. Mm

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m (75 cm depth) including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface /recessed conduit /submain wiring/ cable as required.

Dismantling of existing 3 Mtr. long street light pole along with bracket , LED Light and other electrical components like MCB , flexible cable , Connector etc. after proper disconnection of input power supply and shifting to the store/new location of installation as per the instruction of Engineeer in charge.

Dismantling of existing 5 Mtr. long street light pole along with bracket , LED Light and other electrical components like MCB , flexible cable , Connector etc. after proper disconnection of input power supply and shifting to the store/new location of installation as per the instruction of Engineeer in charge.

Installation , testing and commissioning of the dismantled 3 Mtr. long single bracket LED Light pole on the new foundation along with fixing of all electrical components like MCB , flexible cable , Connectors and necessary termination of cable using suitable lugs,making all electrical connections complete as required. includingBuilding of casting PCC foundation of minimum grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) suitable for 3 Mtr. height straight octagonal street light pole with single bracket. All accessories viz. anchor plate & foundation bolts matching with the existing pole base plate , 50 mm ( OD) dia HDPE (for loop in & loop out cable from ground upto Junction Box of pole ) to be installed properly. Necessary excavation & refilling of foundation pit complete as required and as per site conditions.
