Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and loading in tippers trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location or disposal of unserviceable soil with all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MORT&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with initial lift of 3 mts and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD

Construction of subgrade with borrowed selected earth with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 303 MORD/305 MORTH by using machinery

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBT(Trap) material confirming to Grading - V of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification (5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work

Brick Masonry in C.M (1:3) prop. Using Common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table-1 of IS:1077-1992 Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including cost and conveyance, seignorage fee, mixing of cement mortar, and laying of bricks and mortar to specified thickness, watering, curing including scaffolding, hire and operational charges of machinery, all labour charges and all water lead charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing concrete for Plain Cement concrete grade M 20 (1:2:4) Nominal mix in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

Plastering 12mm thick with Cement mortar C.M (1:3) prop. including cost of conveyance of all materials to site and excluding seignorage fee, including screening mixing and laying, finishing with sponge finish and watering, curing including all labour charges etc., complete as per s.s for finished item of work.

Supply, Delivery and Fixing of EH.D.-35 with 560mm dia. Clear opening manhole covers and frames with ISI marking anywhere in A.P., F.O.R. destination including, loading, un-loading & stacking at site but excluding central excise duty, sales tax, octroi and other Govt. levies etc., as applicable.

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) Bulk using emulsion pressure distributor on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying emulsion at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using emulsion pressure distributor for finished item of work etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specification 502 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (RS1) (Bulk) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kgs per sqm on the prepared Granular surface treated with primer cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of 50mm thick Bituminous Macadam with 100 -120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading - II as per table 500-7 of MoRT&H specification 504 (5th Revision) premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 grade @ 3.4 % by weight of total mixture, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with Hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessary , complete and as per MoRTH specification No. 504 (5th Revision).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (RS1) (Bulk) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of 30 mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100 - 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading – II as per Table 500-17 of specification 507 of MoRT&H (5th revision), premixed with Bituminous binder of VG 30 Grade @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification 507 (5th revision) complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Construction of VCC M30 grade design mix un-reinforced, expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per IS codes , coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 21- days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification (Note: - i) Payment will be released only after satisfactory core results of the concrete strength for 28 days as per IS code) ii) Part payement of CC pavement is not allowed.

Gravel filling as per specification and drawing including cost and conveyance of materials to site with all leads, lifts including watering, tamping, ramming, labour charges, all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per detailed specification and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge
