Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm SS5 - M/C HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate; coarse aggregate, water etc hire and labor charges for machine mixing, laying, Compacting Finishing, Curing etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work. Providing Concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete (1:2:4) Nominal mix in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including cutting for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work But excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing Concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete (1:2:4) Nominal mix in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including cutting for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work 300mm drain walls - (0.20+0.15)/2

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded (BLD-CSTN-2-18) etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shuttering for culvert bed blocks and slabs etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work But excluding seigniorage charges.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work But excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing Vaccum Dewatering flooring including levelling the concrete to be followed by placement of the bottom and top mats operation of vaccum machine to release the excess free water in the concrete conduction of the intial floating using power trowel of adequate capacity etc.. including hire and operational charges of generator of adequate capacity and other T&P and labour charges of all operations etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work

Engaging of Men/Women mazdoor. The rate including labur charges, incidental charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work

House Service connection on 15mm GI pipe with pp Saddle ,Compression Fittings, Union , stop cock and ferule including all material, incidental charges and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work

Carting away of excavated earth/ debris to a lead of 2 Km. The rate including conveyance charges, labour charges for loading, unloading,etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work
