Supply and placing of the Design Mix Concrete M20 (350kg Cement) corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work. Supplying, fitting and placing Fe - 500 HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawings and technical specifications for bars below 36mm dia including over laps and wastage,where they are not welded including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire etc., lifting charges of steel , placing in position, tying with binding wire, all tools etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126 )

Masonry work in CM (1:6) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs. Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, seiniorage charges, scaffolding and curing etc., cpomplete with a compresive strength not lessthan 50 kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure Walls.

Plastering to external walls in 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in C.M. (1:6) and topcoat of 4mm thick in C.M (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost & conveyance of all materials like cement, Sand,. Water, etc., to site cost of on all materials, , all operational, incidental charges, labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves where ever necessary etc., complete for finished item of work for uneven surface of walls, (As per SS 904).

Plastering 12mm thick using screened sand with base coat of 8 mm thick in CM(1:5) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM(1:3) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting grooves as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work .(SS 901,903 & 904)

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, including conveyance charges of materials and including all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc,, complete for finished item of work

Flooring with Polished Marble slabs of Dongari/ Adanga/ Marodh/ Rajgangpur etc., variety of thickness between 16 mm to 20 mm of sizes up to 600 mm set over a base coat of CM (1:8) prop. 20mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab , including neat cement slurry of honey like consistancy spread @ 3.3 kgs per Sqm. and jointed neately with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to match the shade of granite to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, granite, white cement etc., to site (excluding cost of C.C. bed), cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying marble slab to required slope as directed by the Engineer- in-charge, cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work .

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of water proof cement paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved water based Cement Primer of Exterior Grade- 2 making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls for:-External Colouring - Plastic emulsion paint - 3 Coats.

Supply and fabricating steel works like Window Grills, Compound Wall Grills, Iron Doors, Windows including cost of welding rods, power charges, including cost of fixing in position including all cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges for cutting, bending to required shape welding including cost of weilding rods griding etc complete with all taxes etc., complete for finished item of work as per the approval of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints -one coat - for New wood work, old wood work & New Iron work to given an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of losse powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS
