NA;Providing Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) (Cement: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, on all materials and including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc. complete for finished item of work.

NA;PCC grade M20 (MORD) Providing Plain Cement Concrete Nominal Mix (1:2:4) using 20mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. for Approaches etc. (for Mechanical Mixer)

NA;Collection and supply of Red Earth from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all material to work spot and spreading the same irrespective thickness including all labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the site engineer

NA;Providing Plastering with CM (1:4), 12mm thick single coat in CM including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc. to site excluding seigniorage charges on all materials, Including all operational, incidential charges on materials and cost of all labour charges for mixing motor, finishing, curing as directed by engineer-in-charge etc. complete for finished item of work (SS 901, 903 & 904)

NA;Exterior walls are painted with one coat of primer and 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidential, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls

NA;Providing Monkey Sculptures around hoarding pole feet height 3 Nos etc. complete as per ss and as directed by the department authorities.

NA;Bed preparation for Korean/Mexican: Dressing the surface to the desired shape, laying of 150 mm. (6?) thick fine red garden soil, covered with a thin layer of 10 mm thick sand, watering, rolling (compacting to 4" thickness by hand roller), including the cost of red garden soil, sand and labour charges etc., for complete bed preparation and laying and ramming of lawn mats / rolls in proper position on existing prepared bed by internal transportation from dumped place, including cost of labour for laying, ramming by hand roller / demesha, internal transportation and watering etc., complete for finished item of work excluding cost of grass, fertilizers and chemicals etc., for 1 Sqm (Red garden soil in this context it is defined as sandy loamy garden soil congenial for plant growth which shall be of light textured, crystalline, porous and friable, fertile, slightly acidic or neutral)

NA;Supply and Delivery of topiary/trees plants / Shurbs/Lawn/ground covers and specified plants as per directions of officer in charge at site including cost of plants and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc.,complete as per ss ans as directed by the site engineer.
