Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Rubber rings to suit R.C.C. Socket and Spigot pipes conforming to B.I.S 5382/ 1985 (rate per each rubber ring) including transportation but excluding all taxes. The Rubber Rings shall be tested at the factory premises confirming to B.I.S. 5382/1985. MAT-05912.

Conveyance of R.C.C. Socket and Spigot pipes on all-weather roads including loading, unloading and stacking (per Meter of effective length)

Lowering the RCC S/S pipes carefully into the readymade trenches laying them true to alignment and gradient, jointing with rubber rings and testing including filling with water with a water lead up to 500 meters including cost of rubber rings as 7per BIS No. 783/1985

Construction of 0.60 x 0.60 M (2' x 2') Inspection Chamber depth varying from 0.60 Mt. to 0.90 Mt. with a slope of 30mm in the channel along with sewer lines as per the approved departmental drawings including earth work excavation and laying of M10 bed with 40mm H.B.G. metal, brick work with C.M. (1:3) for Manhole using 2nd class best quality.The rate includes plastering with C.M(1:3) 20mm thick both inside and out side and smooth finishing of Sewer channel, providing coverslab of 75mm thick with R.C.C M30 Design Mix using 400Kgs of Cement/Cum including cost and conveyance of all materials, seignorage charges including cost and fabrication of steel used in R.C.C as per S.S. including benching, channeling, finishing and refilling with excavated earth and conveyance of surplus earth etc., complete as per S.S and as directed by the departmental authorities for finished item of work. Providing concrete for plain concrete (M20 Design mix) using 343 Kgs Cement 20 mm,10mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH (With out form work)
