Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF with four parts of water and six parts of cement by weight. Coverage of SBR latex-0.25Ltr / sqm for one coat complete all as specified and directed.

Material & laobur for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 20mm thick in isolated places of repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc makeor equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF having a compressive strength of 40 MPa complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing Shear connectors and Anchoring by drilling 16 mm dia holes up to depth of 100mm in concrete surfaces and fixing 10 mm dia TMT bars L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors by using Fosroc Lokfix chemical (Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin) in defective concrete area of the slab / column / beams / chajjas / lintel etc or any other structural member as per site requirement after cleaning the drilled hole by using water jet and after drying clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the hole. The Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin shall be prepared by thorough mixing of base & hardener by the help of spatula. After preparing the mix the holes shall be filled to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the prepared polyester resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing injection grouting nozzle of suitable size and injecting grouting material, low viscosity epoxy based grouting material Conbextra EP10 or equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM/S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF in to the cracks with pressure of 40 psi mechanically including sealing the hole complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted by the contractor is including Conbextra EP10 epoxy grouting material.

M&L for laying cement based Micro-concrete, Rendroc RG 40 of Fosroc make, or equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF pre packed single component, chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting , ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of approved quality. Form work shall be provided for placing micro concrete patch reapair as required at site with steel jack system and steel props to support the form work in this application of high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated, micro concrete for placing in nominal thickness of more than 50mm for concrete reapir with compresive strength of 40 Mpa complete. Note : The umit rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of formwork.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement, (Make of SBR emulsion/latex: Sika, Fosroc, STP,Dr Sunanada, BASF, star coatings,) Note: The unit rate quoted bu the contractor is inclusive of SBR Latex.

M&L for Preparation of new concrete wall surface of dry/ oil/sea weed growth/ damp by means of mechanical grinding to achieve a rough, coherent substrate having an excellent anchor profile removing all the loose material, rust, dirt etc., clean and dry the surface by using vacuuming equipment, water jet and compressed air. If required surface shall be lightly grit blasting or detergent washed to get PH value neutrality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of single component, polymer modified, cementitious mortar of Rendroc FC (M/s Fosroc) or techno commercial equivalent filler for minor surface imperfections of average thickness 3mm complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for providing two coats of carbonation resistant film chemical "Deck gaurd S" of M/s FOSROC not less than 150 micron( dry film) per coat over treated area/plaster complete including a coat of "Deck gaurd S primer " of 150 microns or equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF on dock walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application renewal coat of two component wearing coat, Traffic guard wearing coarse of Fosroc make, mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the anti-skid surface by using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the existing damaged, peeled out floor treatment of any description (20mm average thickness) by mechanical/ hand tools to expose the concrete surface and disposal of the rubbish from the Naval dock yard complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Surface preparation of the existing rough surface of concrete (after removal of existing flooring under item No 17 above) by means of mechanical grinding to achieve a rough, coherent substrate having an excellent anchor profile, removing all the loose particles, dirt, etc., clean with high pressure water jet and allow it to dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for crack repairs by widening the cracks 0.25mm to 9mm wide, groove cutting to V shape in existing jetty slabs, cleaning out by removing loose particles by mechanical blower and application of Epoxy based primer Nitoprime 25 to the groove and allow it to dry and application of Epoxy putty Nito VF in the prepared groove after complete drying of the applied primer complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Nitoprime 25 of Fosroc or E-in-C make as approved by GE.

M&L for patch repair in concrete surfaces of depth more than 20mm with shrinkage controlled polymer modified fibre reinforced Cementitious patch repair mortar Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc make having a compressive strength of 45 Mpa over a coat of Nitobond SBR on the base surfaces includung taking out the old concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 25 Kg of Renderoc SP40 bag ready to use at site by mixing with water at 4.25 Ltr per bag shall be used for patch repairs in concrete.[Make : Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc or E-in-C make as approved by GE.

M&L for application of bonding coat on the prepared old concrete surfaces of the jetty with two component epoxy based bonding agent Nitobond EP of Fosroc make for laying 20mm thick Cementitious flooring system all as specified and as directed. Make : Nitobond EP of Fosroc or E-in-C make as approved by GE.

M&L for 20mm thick cementitious flooring system after application of epoxy based bonding agent on the prepared jetty floor with Nitoflor Levelcrete of Fosroc make having a compressive strength of 40Mpa. The pre-pack 20Kg Nitoflor Levelcrete bag shall be mixed with 4Ltr of water as per manufacturers instructions and thoroughly mixed by mechanical means for application on the floor complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Nitoflor Levelcrete of Fosroc or E-in-C make as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of construction joint grooves of size 25 mm X 20 mm, application of primer to the groove, inserting breaker rod in the groove and finally sealing the groove with with Polyuretheane based flooring sealent Colpor 200 of Fosroc make and finishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description including doors, railing, gates, trusses complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for rolled mild steel plain or chequred plates confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 welded, riveted, bolted attachment to supporting structure of capstan, duct covers, valve pit access platform and working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S & F structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I beams, etc cut to shape, including bending and welding angles as necessary confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of valley gutters, duct covers, platforms (0 to -15m level) and capstan, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cable duct covers, lifting arrengements with pulleys, nosing angle and similar works; including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of new / old steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and followed by application of paint scheme complete all as specified and directed. (i) One coat of primer (Dft. 1 x 50) epoxy zinc rich primer 50±5 microns (ii) 02 coats of Anti corrosive (Dft 2 x 150) (iii) 02 coats of coal tar epoxy paint Make :- Akzo Nobel/Jotun/Sigma/Asian

NOTE: (i) Works shall be excuted in a confined area which reqiures double scaffolding. Contractor should follow OSHA's working norms in this area. The work shall be excuted at any height (up to 20 m height) Contractor necessary safety gears shall be considered Contractor's quopoted rate is deemed to be inslusive all above mentioned operations /activities . No extra payment is allowed for thease activity.
