Disconnecting the HT / LT connections of transformer of capacity 100 to 800 KVA i.e (Bus duct / Cable bunch) keeping all the cables out from the HT/LT sides, physically checking the transformer for healthiness, performing the transformer tests like HV/LV Meggar test, Ratio Test, Magnetic Balance test and short circuit tests for checking condition of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.
Note:-
(i) All testing shall be done in presence of Engr-in-Charge or his accredited rep and test reports shall be signed by contractor and Engr-in-Charge and kept on record.
(ii) If the transsformer found satisfactory then HT/LT connections shall be done by the contractor and has to charge the transformer. (iii) If the transformer fails in these tests then the contractor has to shift the transsformer for winding /overhauling which will be measured and paid separately. (iv) Cost of winding / overhauling if required shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnect and taking out IDMT / Numeric / Microprocessor based relay of any type & make from 11 KV HT panel at P-5 Sub Station NAD & TRS-II, cleaning the contacts, calibrating the relay by conducting secondary injection tests, checking of current transformer, rectification of defects in control wiring for proper tripping of circuit breakers through CTs and relay and tripping coils, adjustment / setting to plug and time multiplier settings of the relay to achieve the discrimination in tripping, tune / synchronise upstream breaker relay settings, re-installation of relay, testing & commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Note:- (i) Arrangement of necessary testing / calibration kits, testing equipments, tools etc. shall be done by contractor and cost of the same shalll deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Taking down HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker ) at P-5 Sub Station, TRS-I, TRS-II & FRCS Sub Station at NAD of capacity 11 KV, 250/350 MVA comprising of repairs, complete overhauling / servicing, carrying out preventive maintenance alongwith testing of breakers by current injection test and refixing the same after repair / overhauling complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Major spares like Breaker bushings, vacuum interrupter assly, busbar spout, busbar spout connections, circuit spout, circuit spout connections, buffer fixed contacts, moving contacts, tank assembly, barriers, solenoid spares, dependent, spring mechanism / motor mechanism, trip unit etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. However the rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any other minor spares requiring replacement. (iv) The servicing shall be carried out by auhtorised service engineer of OEM and approval of the same shall be taken from Engr-in-Charge.
