Construction of Basket ball court;VRCC M-25 Grade Vibrated reinforced Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and Including , sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete includingSTEEL SCAFFOLDING PIPES, JACK PROPS, STEEL CENTRING PLATES etc, but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402 403&903) with minimum cement content as per IS code including pumping, centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete for finished item of work. for Slabe,Beams Design Mix : M 25(Weigh Batch) Centering with Steel upto 3.66centering, shuttering, using The quantity of cement for M-25 grade is taken as 380kgs. For estimate purpose Design mixes with cement content less than the approved/estimated cement contents, necessary recoveries shall be effected as per the review rates published by Board of Chief Engineers. However, no extra costs shall be allowed for the cement contents more than the cement contents adopted in estimates.But excluding seigniorage charges.
