Supply and Installation of Liquid Line DRIERS (Catch All C -164)

Providing, supplying and fixing 98mm overall thick partition using GypsteelUltra™stud partition which includes onelayer of tapered edge 13mm thick Gyproc®Duraline (conforming to BS5234 1992,Part2) is screw fixed with drywall screws of 25mm at 300mm centres to either side of 70mm Gypsteel Ultra™Cstud (0.5mm thick having one flange of 34mm and another flange of 36 mm made of GI steel) placed at 600mm centre to centre in 72mm Gypsteel Ultra™floor and ceiling channel (0.5mm thick have equal flanges of32 mm made of GI steel), which is anchored to the floor & true ceiling using suitable anchor fasteners or metal screws with nylon plugs. The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid leakage through joints. A gypsteel fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9mm thick having two flanges of 9.5mm each) has to be provided at the horizontal joints of the two boards screw fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with gyprocjinting compound, Gyproc joint paper tape and two coats of dry wall top coat (as per recommended practices of M/Saint-Gobain GyprocIndia). 25mm glass wools lab of density of32Kg/cu.m shall be placed in the cavity.
