Providing fabricating and fixing in position MS rolling shutter with Gear as per IS 6248-1979, with following specifications as directed by engineer incharge etc complete. Rolling shutter to be made of 1.20mm x 75mm MS Lath of convex corrugations. Lock plate with MS sheet of min. 3.15mm thickness with strengthening angle 35mm x 35mm x 2mm size. The locking plate should be provided with 2 pulling handles on both inside and outside. The guiding channels on both sides should be of min. 75mm depth made in 3.15mm MS sheet. The curtain should project min. 60 mm width clearances of 10mm. The guide channels should be fixed to column / wall with min. 3 supporting cleats / bolts / screws a dowel / hook / pins for embedding in walls. Spacing of these should not be more than 0.75m.Bracket plates should be of min. 450mm x 450mm x 6mm size. 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle min. 200mm long split at end as hold fast should be welded to bracket plate. The suspension shaft of the roller shall be made of 50mm dia. Nominal bore steel pipe confirming to IS 1161-1968.The pipes of suspension shaft which are clamped to brackets shall be fitted with rotatable cast-iron pulleys to which curtain is attached. The pulleys shall be interconnected with a cage formed out of MS flats so that torque is distributed uniformly. Self aligning two row ball bearings shall be provided with special cast-iron casting at the extreme pulleys at either ends. The casting rings shall have min. spacing of 15cm and there shall be at least 4 nos. flats running throughout the length of the roller. Hood cover shall be hexagonal or square in shape made of min. 0.90mm thick MS sheet with necessary stiffening by MS angles. All gears, worms, etc used in the assembly of the rolling shutters shall be machine-cut. Worm gear wheels shall be of high grade cast iron or mild steel or phosphor bronze. The worms shall be of mild steel or gun-metal or phosphor bronze. All safety devices like anchoring rods, central hasp and staple should be fixed to bottom lock plate. Designing, providing, fabrication and erection/fixing in position PEB structure for PEB Roofing System as per following specification. The structure should be designed as per relevant codes for dead load, live load of 0.57KN/M2 (To take care of the firefighting pipe loads whichever is higher), wind load of 50m/sec, seismic loads as per IS 1893 and its combinations as per codes. The structural designs and drawings should be submitted along with design calculations and basis of design, incorporating the actual site dimensions and get approved by the engineer in charge. The clear dimensions of the godown to be 52m x 90.00m. The average floor level of godown is 0.45 m above the finished ground level.

Fabrication should be done as per relevant IS code and approved drawing and the structural system should be designed, fabricated and erected as per the actual site dimensions of the Godowns and canopy. as directed by Engineer in charge. The rates of structural steel should include cost and erection of main structure bracings purloins, steel substructure etc at site. The fabrication should be as per actual site alignment of the columns and their spacing. . The payment will be made for the actual work executed on weight basis. The rate is inclusive of transportation, fabrication, erection both with tripod and mechanical crane, incidentals, hire and operational charges of tools and plants, getting temporary power supply, design and drawing preparation charges all-inclusive for finished item of work.
