S & F Plastic Plug & Socket DB with 3P+N+E of capacity 32/40 Amps, for AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed. Make - L&T/Havells/C&S/Schneider

M&L for Sub Main Wiring with four run of single core PVC FRLS insulated cable of size 10 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable drawn into and including PVC conduit medium grade and of suitable size, with all fixing accessories and one run 10 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire including taking down old submain wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note :- Four runs of 10 Sqmm cable and One run of 10 Sqmm Earth wire in and including PVC conduit shall be Measured as one unit length).

Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning in replacment LT underground cables XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down unserviceable cable, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note for item no 7&8: Excavation, returning filling and removal of soil upto 50m distance shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate

All as per item No. 07 above but of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore under road crossing or on poles for protection of cable.

All as per item No. 09 above but of size 80 mm dia

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) conforming to IS 19430 Part -1 of size 63mm outer dia and 50 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting of road/hardstanding of any description for crossing the cable across the road width through GI light grade pipe of 50 mm dia and filling the road cutting with excavated materials including necessary returning filling in and including spreading, levelling , watering complete all as directed by Engineerin in charge.

M/L for plain cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) 100mm thick, as in for making top surface of road cutting , finished fair & even complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of Main LT Distribution control panel board, outdoor type CPRI approved, mounted on 50x50x6mm rigid angle iron frame duly painted, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, having independent compartment for bus bar, incoming feeder (01 Nos.) and each out going feeders (05 Nos), provision for digital voltmeter, Ampere meter, indicator lamp and phase selector switch, dust and vermin proof, factory made, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 Phase 415 volts 50 Hz, AC supply, bus bar chamber with aluminium bus bar of 600 Amp rating for 3 phase and neutal 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable type sleeves as per colour code, supported on epoxy insulators - 01 Set, common earth bus bar of GI Strip 32 x 6 mm at bottom with panel board at two earth terminals , cable glands with independent plates at bottom for each out going and incoming cables and complete panel board painted with powder coating in siemens grey colour and fabricated with double door system lockable arrangements all as approved and including the following :-

(a) Digital Volt meter 0 - 500V, size 96 x 96 mm square type with selector switch Make: AE/Legrand - 01 Set (b) Digital Amp Meter 0 - 500 Amp, size 96x96 mm square type with selector switch Make : AE/Legrand - 01 Set. (c) Copper wound with CTR 500/5 - 01 set. (d) Indicator Lamps (LED type) showing R,Y, B phase - 01 set. (e) Phase Selector Switch for three phase.

(f) Angle iron base frame as reqd size as per above panel, total leg height 600 mm and grouting inside PCC 150 mm and made out of ISA 5050. 50 x50 x6 mm thick angle iron duly painted -01 Set. (g) M/L for necessary excavation and as reqd PCC 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) Type C2 for foundation of panel board and grouting of angle iron legs complete-01 Job

INCOMER (i) MCCB 4 Pole, current rating 250 Amps (As Incoming), breaking capacity 35kA at 415V, 50Hz. Make- C&S/Schneider/Legrand/L&T/Havells - 01 Nos.

OUTGOING (i) MCCB 4 Pole, current rating 125 Amp (As outgoing), 16 kA at 415V, 50Hz. Make-C&S/Schneider/Legrand/L&T/Havells - 05 Nos.

Supply & Fixing Copper Pipe Set of dia 3/4" (19.05mm) for suction line & of 3/8" (9.52mm) for liquid line including foam insulation sleeves. Note :- One meter of 3/8" (10.05mm), one meter of 3/8" (9.52mm) copper pipes & insulation foam shall be combindly measured as one unit i.e. one running metre for payment.

M&L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx3.15mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs deep below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip of size 20x3mm by means of brazing and connected to earthing test point / distribution board/equipments or any other indicated situation by means of brazing all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling, removing of soil. GI medium grade pipe 20mm dia 1.5 mtr long with funnel and wire mesh as watering pipe, and GI medium grade pipe 32mm dia as earth lead protection pipe. Earth pit chamber made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including 40mm thick chamber cover made of 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars at 100 c/c on both ways precast chamber cover with lifting handle 16mm dia round bars including chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick covering all faces of earth electrode plate, including taking down old one, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) The rates quoted for the complete earthing shall deemed to include the cost of copper strip 20x3mm and GI medium grade protection pipe upto 7.5 Mtrs. (ii) Copper earth strip and GI medium grade protection pipe beyond 7.5 Mtrs length shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for copper strip of size 20x3.15mm fixed on epoxy earth strip insulator (as required) incuding fixing screws and fastners complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of window type Air Conditioner of Capacity 1.5 TR, minimum BEE 5 Star rating, refrigerant type R-32, fitted with highly energy efficient rotary compressor, making necessary arrangements like cutting grills, for fixing on window and making good the disturbed surfaces, covering the exposed part of window with veneer plywood where ever required complete all as specified and directed. Make- Bluestar Model No. WFA324LN or equivalent in Voltas/LG/Hitachi.

Supply and fixing voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled copper bounded, indoor type & designed for input variation between 110 volt to 280 volt with output stablized voltage at 220 volt with accuracy of (+) 9% and capacity of 4.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for AC sub main wiring with two runs of single core, FRLS grade multistandard copper conductor cable size 4.0 Sqmm in and including PVC casing capping of suitable size on surface of walls / ceiling including one run of 4.0 Sqmm copper multistandard copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Two runs of 4 Sqmm Wire and One run of 4 Sqmm Earth wire in and including PVC casing & capping shall be Measured as one unit length).

M&L for Cutting openings, through brick walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings. converting window AC openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc.. to store and rubbish not exc. 50m all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer with a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty all as specified and directed.

S&F UPS 5KVA with built in Isolation transformer, with single phase In/out with battery rack and interconnecting cables & including SMF batteries 16 Nos, 26 AH complete all as specified and directed.
