Supply and laying in replacement of 100 mm bore galvanised, Iron water tubing medium grade, screwed and socketed joints, ISI marked conforming to IS 1239 (Part-I) : 2004 with and including all new fittings confirming to IS-1239 (Part - 2) : 2011 such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc as required at site including taking down of old unserviceable pipe, laid in trenches/ wall and connection to existing water mains complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- (a)The quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.(b) Earthwork (if required) shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement 20 mm bore Gun Metal Gate valve Class-II confirming to IS 778-1984, ISI Marked screwed in Bonnet, Inside screw, Non rising stem, Integral seat, Solid wedge, Cu alloy trim Screwed female threds conforming to IS-554, B.T.P and S.T.P shall be 2.4 MPa Hyd and 1.6 MPa Hyd respectively including jointing material like Lubricated Hemp and Jute etc and testing after completion including taking down old unserviceable gate valve fixed at any location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per item No 17.00 above but 25 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement 100 mm bore cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 conforming to IS 14846/ 2000, ISI Marked with MS spindle and iron wheel head with both ends flanged including jointing material like new rubber gasket, bolts and nuts etc and testing after completion including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve fixed at any location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix 150 mm bore cast iron Sluice valve PN-1.6 conforming to IS 14846/ 2000, ISI Marked with MS spindle and iron wheel head with both ends flanged including jointing material like new rubber gasket, bolts and nuts etc and testing after completion including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve fixed at any location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix 80 mm bore cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 conforming to IS 14846/ 2000, ISI Marked with MS spindle and iron wheel head with both ends flanged including jointing material like new rubber gasket, bolts and nuts etc and testing after completion including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve fixed at any location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking out sluice valves refacing, regrinding and refixing of 150 mm bore with one coat of red oxide and two coats of oil based paint in black complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix 150mm dia bore with socket and spigot Ductile iron pressure pipes, class K-7, centrifugally cast with socket spigot ends conforming to IS 8329/ 2000 with cement mortor lining inside the pipes with outside zinc coating suitable for push-on-joint (rubber gasket D jointing) in any length including DI specials as required at site complete confirming to IS 8329/2000 and connecting to existing water mains, all jointing materials like tyton joints, gasket, rubber packing, bolts & nuts etc and making good for distributed surfaces of roads, pathways etc while laying the pipe line at site, site clearance for route of pipe line, welding, cutting the existing CI/DI/MS pipe line of any size up to 200 mm dia for inserting branch connections etc are deemed to be included in quoted rate and acomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- (a)DI specials shall be measured & paid separately.(b) Contractor shall be responsible for repair/ replacement of any damages incurred to the existing structures during above subject work at free of cost. (c) Contractor shall submit Manufacturer test certificate and GST invoice before submitting RAR/FB for payment.

Supply and fix CI/DI Bends/fitting (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of 4 inch thick ACP Box of size 6 feet x 4 feet with MS pipe structure fix inside with 3 mm Acrylic sheet with digitally printed 3Mtr backelite Vinyl on HP Latex Printer, Display both side, LED modules complete upto 100 letters as specified size directed by Engr-in-Charge with Andaman & Nicobar command and MES logo fixed with four nos of MS pipe Heavy duty 50 mm bore up to 3m height by nuts/bolts and welding as required at site , spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, suitable size of Copper stranded cable from nearest panel, MS pipe including necessary excavation and PCC work for foundation of MS poles as directed at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of 5000 liter Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layer, hoisted and fixed in position, including Ball brass valves,high pressure,with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers cleaned connected to and including GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm size up to 7.5m by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50 mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. NOTE : The cost of GI strip of size 25 x 4mm upto 7.5m shall be included under the quoted rate.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x3mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the galvanised steel earth strip 32 x 6mm , by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore light grade from earthing test point or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) (reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15 cm C/C both ways and MS bar handle made of 10mm dia bar) including necessary earth work & excavation, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Supply and fixing of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but lenth of bolt exc 5cm and n exc 10 cm long and diameter of neck 10mm and over complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for PVC coated GI chain link fencing 3.5mm dia with 50mm x 50mm mesh including fixing of MS line wire / rod, flat iron & machine made hexagonal or square head bolts to fencing posts including dismantling old unserviceable fencing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : MS rod, flat iron and bolts / fencing post required shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick, size 20x15cm made from mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply ,laying , testing & commissioning of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in duct / fixed on wall/trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply ,laying , testing & commissioning of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in duct / fixed on wall/trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply ,laying , testing & commissioning of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in duct / fixed on wall/trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Supply & lay Telerex DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 77 mm and inner dia 63 mm polethylene including couplers, bends, cap etc., with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply & lay Telerex DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 110 mm and inner dia 100 mm polethylene including couplers, bends, cap etc., with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction in repair of PCC Block masonary valve pit of size 90 x 90 x 90cm (Internal dimensions of chamber from top of PCC to bottom of cover) including excavation in any type of soil returning, filling around foundation and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m,PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation brick work in cement mortar 1:6, 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 to internal surface covered pit with MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick with locking arrangement, handle fixing arrangement fixed on 40mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 coping and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC Block ,including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate ) as in coping including necassary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour of of Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles /structs etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 (Total 15 mm thick) on concrete or brick masonry surfaces and finishing the top surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on new plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in post holes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description not otherwise described, n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
