Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vacuum Steam Ironing Machine complete with vacuum finishing table, electric steam generator & steam iron, having approx dimensions of table top 1220 mm x 750 mm or as per OEM recommendation, main body formed out of steel sheets, powder coated painted, all components easily accessible, table top made up of M.S. sheet (powder coated) of minimum 1.5 mm thickness perforated flat top padded with high porosity & heat resistant silicon padding & final cover with heavy duty centifugal suction blower driven by independent blower motor of capacity not less than 0.75 KW activated by spring loaded full length foot pedal work in conjunction with study micro switch,fully automatic pressure and temparature control electric steam generator 3 KW rating of capacity of steam output not less than 03 Kg, having pressure vessel made of boiler quality steel construction, SS heavy duty electric heaters and having safety features like electric solenoid steam release safety valve, dry cutout, excessive steam pressure release etc including suitable electronic heated steam press - 1 Nos, having precision thermostatic control and heat proof backlite handle complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. [Note : Necessary foundation to the machine, ducting / piping /cabling work required from steam generator to vacuum steam ironing table shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate]

Supply only dry linen trolley capacity 50 Kg, made up of S.S 304 body with stainless steel handles and revolving wheels, of size 40" W x 30"L x 34" H, fitted with 04 Nos of swiveling type 6" dia ball bearing wheels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only wet linen trolley capacity 50 Kg, made up of S.S 304 body with stainless steel handles and revolving wheels, of size 40" W x 30"L x 34" H, fitted with 04 Nos of swiveling type 6" dia ball bearing wheels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air Compressor 3.0 HP Capacity with Air Delivery 360 LPM, fully automatic, complete with driving mechanism by 2.2 KW electric motor, three phase, 415 volts, 50 cycle, with 220 ltrs tank at suitable operating pressure as per OEM recommendation including control valves, piping, DOL starter, isolator etc including MS XPM protection guard for belt drive including Control Panel switch gear used with motor protection relays, single phasing preventer, reverse phasing, Auto timed, Auto reverse with indicators etc. starter and MCB of suitable rating for electric incoming connection and necessary foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. [Note for item Nos. 1 to 7 : (a) The contractor shall submit detailed technical specifications of mechanical laundry equipment for approval of GE before placing order (b) Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of all necessary control cablesfrom equipment to main LT panel, piping,ducting, foundation etc, required as per OEM recommendations for full functinality of machinary (c) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of periodical service visit by authorised service rep of OEM once in three months during entire defect liability period and FDR for retention amount @ 2% cost of the subject item for guarantee of 02 years from date of completion.

Suppy, testing and laying in trenches, fixed on walls, passing through pipes, jointing and testing of electric LT cables, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductors 1100 Volts grade including taking out of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following size :- Note: (i) The rates shall be inclusive of Cable lugs at both ends of cable. (ii) Excavation earth, returning and filling and HDPE DWC protection pipe of suitable size GI clamping on wall (wherever required) shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Insulation Resistance value of cable shall be recorded before and after laying of cable. (iv) The rate for aluminium clamps for wall mounting shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply and laying in replacement of 50mm dia three layer (inner microbial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked PP-R pipes SDR7.4 (PN-16) conforming to IS-15801 and PP-R plain fittings in trenches / wall / ceilings or laying in floors including fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement of 25mm dia three layer (inner microbial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked PP-R pipes SDR7.4 (PN-16) conforming to IS-15801 and PP-R plain fittings in trenches / wall / ceilings or laying in floors including fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fixing and testing of PVC rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 1000 Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position and dismantling old water storage tank and making necessary connection with pipelines complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of old unserviceable mechanical laundry along with all connecting accessories and fittings and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
