RETROFIT EMISSION CONTROL DEVICE : Retrofit Device suitable for 160 KVA on DG Set to bring the emission limits as per central pollution control board [CPCB] latest regulation /norms [NO x + HC 4.0, CO 3.5, PM ,0.2 & smoke limit 0.7] Retrofit involves the addition of an emission control device to remove emissions from the engine exhaust for reducing emissions, eliminating up to 70-90 percent of pollutants having minium PM 2.5 capturing and reduction ability of 70% and approved by one of five CPCB recognised labs and output result of the RECD Should be as per CPCB IV norms complete all as specified and directed.

Civil Works : [i] Quoted rates are deemed to be included in the item rate. [ii] As per manufacturer's instruction, All type of civil work like foundation, base plate with anti-vibration pad of Make Dunlop or equivalent ISI marked engine and alternator and shock vibration absorption material including PCC platform [1.2.4] type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate and brick work in CM 1:4 all around the foundation including finishes all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for testing of DG set and sound proof enclosures. Note : [i] DG Set as mentioned in item Ser No. 01 alongwith Alternator, Control & Meeting Circuit and AMF Panel with detailed specification, wiring, circuit diagram duly indicating various spares [makes/capacity] will be approved by the Accepting officer before placing order to the firm. [ii] Silent DG Set will be factory assembled of reputrd manufacturer M/s KOEL, M/s Jackson, M/s Greaves Power.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to GI strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to pole structure / panel board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I [2009] and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bras 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe 40mm dia, wire mesh, protection pipe, earth strip up to 7.50m long, complete in addition to item No. 1 [a] to [e] of preamble [Notes] under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part-II.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3½ Core, 185 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
