Collect the sample of water of 5 litres each from user end, after cleaning of UG Sumps, OH Tanks or RCC/ PVC tanks, treated water of STP and sending it same day at Govt approved lab for testing of water as per IS in a cleaned container and necessary reports will be submitted to GE Birchgunj complete all as directed.

Excavation and earth work in mud/hard soil etc by using machinary/labour to any length to attend pipe line breakdown of size 400 to 500 mm dia as per site conditions and forming bund with excavated soil to avoid water entering into the working area including pumping/bailing out water by using portable diesel engine driven pump set including the following complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) Cutting of unserviceable CI/DI pipe of size 400/500 mm dia after thorough inspection for the damage including bailing out water using portable pump set. (ii) Taking out damaged/ unserviceable pipe after removing from rubber tyton joint/burning out lead joints at both ends & replacing new 400/500 mm dia DI pipe line in lieu of existing in to trenches using machinary / labour as required complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Transportation of DI pipe / fittings of size 400/500 mm dia from Prothrapur Pump house to work site and cutting the pipe to required length to suit site conditions. (iv) Jointing pipe by using rubber tyton rings 400/500mm dia to the corresponding socket and spigot ends of the existing pipe line after aligning the pipe line as per site condition, inserting the CI collar of size 400/500 mm dia, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (v) Making run lead joints in CI collar 400/500 mm dia or in any other specials of any size and any type, caulking of joints and testing for leakages if any, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) Returning filling in including removal of surplus mud/excavated materials with the help of earthmoving machinery (Hitachi), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the OH Reservoir upto 30 mtr staging, Semi UG Sumps, UG Sumps, Storage tanks, Fountain of the following capacities once in 06 months intervel or if any water contaminated through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Seven stages cleaning are as under:- (a) First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 . NOTE A : The work shall be got executed by Rays Cleantech/ Inus Watertech/ Satya Enterprisis or equivalent firm as approved by GE NOTE B : (i) Company will submit Govt Lab Test certificate of TERBAC-G5/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ Inoxi-60/NB-60/NB-69. All the cleaning & sterilization staffs should be under Accidental Insurance Coverage. (ii) Outlet pipe of OHT should be plugged before cleaning the OHT to avoid entering scals and the same shall be reconnected after cleaning the OHT and the quoted rate is deemed to include for the provision. (iii) Sterilization team will be comprised of at least 30% members who are minimum 03 months certificate holder in water tanks sterilization. (iv) Contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning the tank ie. no water in tank/over flow due to broken of float valve/ blockage to be included in quoted rate. (v) The work shall be carried through specialized Agency Rays Cleantech / INUS Water tech / Satya Enterprise (vi) Entire T&P should be arranged by the contractor at their own. Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at all stipulated rate. (vii) ''Date of cleaning'' should be written over the outer surface of tank by synthetic enamel paint with lettering not less than 100mm height. (viii) All safety equipments required like safety helmets, Gumboots, safety belt, mask, safety googles and necessary insurance for safety of working labours to execute the work is responsibility of the contractor and rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same for following:-

(a) Semi UG Sump of capacity 04 Lakh litres at RWH Ranjit Vihar

(b) Semi UG Sump of capacity 02 Lakh litres at RWH Ranjit Vihar

(c) Semi UG sump of capacity 03 lakh litres at MAP PH

M&L for cleaning of service tanks of the capacity as mentioned below on roof top of bldgs upto forth storey after disconnection from inlet and outlet pipe, removing of float valve of service tank and keep aside safely for reuse drain out water through drain plug, cleaning thoroughly to remove all scales and dirt by brushing internal surface, cleaning properly inside with bleaching powder, flushing out with fresh water, re-positioning of tank at same place, re-connecting inlet and outlet pipes, closing of drain plug, re-installation of float valve duly cleaned, writing/ labelling the record of cleaning carried out with white/black bold letter such as "TANK CLEANED ON" _____(date), including removing creepers, vegitation and roots of plants, trees branches on or surrounding of service tank complete all as directed. Note:-(i) Unit rate quoted is deemed to be included for testing of water supply in tank both inlet and outlet flow during next supply hours. (ii) Contractor shall maintain a register for cleaning carried out with date and obtain users signature and remarks if any and this register to be submitted to JE E/M alongwith RAR. (iii) Contractor is liable to rectify any damages to the external finishes of the bldg occured during the cleaning process, i.e. scrubbing and touch up with external paints as existing specifications. Unit rate quoted is deemed too be included the cost of the same. (iv) All sort of petty T&P items such as ladder, safety equipment, nuts, bolts, washers etc. required to accomplish the job shall be provided by the contractor with out any extra cost to dept. for following:- (a) PVC tank upto 300 litres
