M&L for providing and applying rust remover to exposed corroded reinforcement as per manufacturers instruction over prepared reinforcement ,including removing concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars by manual methods such as hammering the rebar,using wire brushes ,chiseling etc and applying one coat of anti corrosive primer over prepared reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced deformed bars 10mm dia and over cut to length cranking bending spirally or hopping ends MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for drilling 15mm dia holes in to RCC slab / wall / Column /beams to a depth up to 100 mm & provide shear connector of 12 mm dia rod of length of 150 mm bent to "L" shape with 75mm to be embedded in hole of 100 mm to be used as dowel, fixed with polyster resin grout of approved make mixed mechanically and pour the same into the hole and insert the shear connector and finish the top; allow the same to set complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F for hard down steel wire fabric not exceeding 4 kg/sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape mild steel wire, (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of epoxy bonding coat of approved make as per manufacture's instruction to bind old concrete / masonary surfaces of soffit of slab, coloumn, beam and similar structural members for new gunited / cement surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pressure guniting 40 mm average thickness in cement mortar 1:3 to all affected RCC structures including necessary scaffolding modyfying with mortar with polymer based resin & hardener of approved make as per manufacturer's instructions including making good complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Due to rebound during the pressure application,appropriate unit weight of gunniting mix (including wastage ) shall be fixed as per manufacturer instruction and shall be considered for calculation purpose and relevant documents shall be produced regarding this before execution of work

M&L for applying curing compound on gunited surface for complete curing as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying polymer modified cement mortar rendering 15mm average thick in CM 1:3 on guniting/ roof/ masonary wall surface duly mixing polymer modifier of approved make as per manufacturers instruction complete finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item Nos.1 to 11 :- (i) work shall be got executed through authorised agent of manufacturer only as mentioned in list of makes and certificate in this regard shall be submitted before execution of work (ii) An amount of 2.5 % over quoted amount of item No.1 to 12 shall be retained as security deposit against structural repair for 5 years and any defects /leakage occured during guarantee period shall be rectified by contractor without any cost and also undertaking shall be submitted in non judicial Rs.100 stamp paper duly notarized for guarantee against this effect (iii) Rate inclusive of scaffolding at any height

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on walls any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 (river sand)and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of concrete block masnory in two layers, base layer 10mm thick in CM (1:6) and top layer 5mm thick in CM 1:4(with river sand) mixed with WPC as per manufacture' s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint of Asian paint Apex Ultima Suprema having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint of Asian paint Apex Ultima Suprema having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
