M&L for Carrying out the soil investigation in respect to cover field work and laboratory studies includes:-
(a) Mobilization of plats and equipments including men and materials required at site of soil investigation, setting of boring/drilling as required and demobilization of plants and equipment on completion of work etc complete (Which includes conveyance of sample collected to testing laboratory as required for the purpose of testing).
(b) Boring 150mm dia boreholes from GL upto 10m depth or refusal of strata where N value is obtained more than 50/100 whichever is earlier, to take samples and carryout necessary tests as mentioned below.
(c) Carrying out standard Penetration test (SPT) as per IS:2131 including collection of disturbed soil samples in boreholes of every one metre depth or any change or strata and submit the report with all requisite date. (Item 12.00 Contd.../-)

(d) Collection of undisturbed soil sample at every 3m intervals or at any change of strata in 100mm bore thin walled tube samples including waxing sealing packing, transporting to the Lab.

(iv) Wet and dry density
