United Nations Office For Project Services Requires Services For Call For Proposal For capturing Learnings From The Unops Wash Project In Uttar Pradesh Specific Tasks: Unops Intends To Engage An Agency To Support In The Preparation Of Learnings, Best Practices And Innovations From The Project. The Scope Of The Assignment Are As Follows: ·       Review All Literature On The Jal Jeevan Mission Available In The Public Domain And Grey Literature Available With The Ministry Of Jal Shakti And Unops To Get A Clear Understanding On The Scope, Objectives And Nature Of Implementation Of The Jjm. ·       Identify The Key Performance Parameters And Indicators To Record The Results And Learnings From The Project. ·       Interview The Project Manager And Other Project Staff At The National And State Level To Understand Project Specifics In Details. ·       Interview The Community Development Consultants, Who Are The Core Unops Field Staff. ·       Visit At Least 2 Villages In Each Of The 11 Project Districts In Uttar Pradesh And Conduct Focused Interviews With The Following Stakeholders In Each Location To Understand Their Role And Get Their Feedback And Learning From The Project. O   Village Water Sanitation Committee O   Gram Pradhan O   Women Trained On Water Testing Kits O   Block And District Level Officials ·       Prepare Results And Learnings From The Project Outputs Shall Be Handed Over To Unops. Unops Will Retain Exclusive Use Rights To All All Documents Photo/video Material Etc. Gathered By The Contractor.  The Quotation Shall Be Given For The Complete Assignment Less Taxes And Duties. Travel And Stay If Required Shall Be Borne By The Vendor. Taxes And Duties Will Be Quoted Separately And Should Not Include Any Itc Being Claimed. Supplier Shall Be Qualified On The Following Criteria: Supplier Has Quoted For All The Requirements And Is Willing To Provide All The Services.
