The auction sale will be done through "Online e-auction Portal" http://pnbindia.biz. 2. The intending bidders have to remit the Earnest Money Deposit by way of Demand Draft favouring the Authorised Officer, Punjab National Bank. The application along with EMD details, and KYC documents viz: copy of Identity proof document with the address for future communication (Voter Card/Driving License/Passport etc/Aadhar Card.) and a copy of the PAN Card, should reach The Chief Manager, Punjab National Bank, Asset Recovery Management Branch, 448-A, Dr. Nanjappa Road, Coimbatore-641 018, latest by 10.12.2018 (Monday) by 4:00 P.M. The Demand Draft shall not be of a Co-operative Bank. 3. The application containing the EMD details and KYC documents should be superscribed "Bid for E-Auction M/s.PATEL ENTERPRISES/M/s.SRIDHAR WOOD INDUSTRIES for Item No. " along with the details of the sender i.e. address, e-mail ID and mobile number of the prospective bidder, as allotment of password will be conveyed through e-mail. Bidders other than individuals shall also submit proper mandate for e-bidding. 4. Prospective Bidders are advised to go through the portal http://pnbindia.biz for detailed terms and conditions for auction sale before submitting their bids and taking part in the E-Auction sale process or contact Shri Shailendra Sharma, Authorized Officer, PNB, Asset Recovery Management Branch, 448-A, Dr. Nanjappa Road, Coimbatore-641 018, Mobile No:77080 66920. 5. Prospective bidders are required to obtain Login ID and Password well in advance as it is mandatory for bidding in the above E-Auction from Shri. C. V Vasudeva Roy, Chief Manager, Punjab National Bank, Circle Office, Coimbatore 641 018. Mobile No.95007 77132, Login ID and Password will be allotted only to those bidders who fulfill the terms and conditions of the E-Auction and have deposited requisite EMD and will be sent through e-mail address provided by the bidder. In case the bidder has not received the login ID and password he should contact the aforesaid official immediately. 6. The Participating Bidder shall improve the offer in multiples of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty thousand only) for each Item. In case bid is placed in the last 5 minutes of the closing time of the auction, the closing time will automatically get extended for 5 minutes. The auction shall commence at the Reserve Price and bidders shall improve their offer as stated above. On closure of the online auction the highest bidder shall be declared as the successful bidder and such sale shall be subject to confirmation by the secured creditor bank. 7. The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the bid amount (including EMD) by way of Demand Draft favouring "The Authorised Officer, Punjab National Bank", on the day of e-auction but not later than the next working day. The balance amount of 75% of the bid amount shall be payable within 15 days from the date of e-auction or confirmation of sale whichever is later by way of Demand Draft/NEFT/RTGS to "The Authorised Officer, Punjab National Bank". 8. In case the successful bidder fails to deposit 25% of the bid amount or the balance amount within the specified time frame as aforesaid, the entire deposit amount made by the bidder including EMD shall be forfeited by the Authorized Officer without any notice and the property will be resold by the Bank. The defaulting purchaser shall forfeit all claims to the property or to any part of the sum for which it may be subsequently sold. 9. The EMD deposited by the unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be refunded to them without any interest within 5 days from the date of closure of the E-Auction proceedings. 10.
