Tender documents may be purchased from the Office of the Staff officer (Excv), Bina Project from 08/10/2018 to 18/10/2018 on depositing cost of tender documents in cash (nonrefundable) with the Chief Cashier, Bina Project, up to 1.00 PM during the above period. Tender document can also be purchased by submitting Banker’s cheque/Demand Draft payable in favor of Northern Coalfields Limited, Bina Project, payable at State Bank of India, Bina (Bank code 3441). Tender fee can also be submitted through Banker’s cheque/Demand Draft payable in favour of Northern Coalfields Limited, Bina Project, from any other branch of nationalized Bank functioning within Singrauli Coalfields, with an additional realization and service charges @ Rs.200.00 per Draft/Bankers Cheque. Date of issue of Banker’s Cheque/Demand Draft for Earnest Money & Tender Cost, against above tender, should be after the date of issuance of NIT. However, in case of Govt. Sector/Public Sector/Semi-Govt. and ancillary firms, if given ancillary status by NCL for the tendered jobs exemption of earnest money and tender document fees etc. will be applicable as per laid down company norms. 03 Tenders must be submitted in 2 (Two) parts as specified in tender document in the Office of the Staff officer (Excv), Bina Project up to 12.00 PM on 18/10/2018. Part-I of the Tenders will be opened on the same day in the office of the Staff officer (Excv), Bina Project at 12.15 PM. 04 The eligibility criteria for consideration of award of the contract shall include the following:- (a) The intending tender must have in its name as a prime contractor in Central/State Govt. Deptt. Organization PSUs experience having successful completion of "repairing of radiator assembly or oil cooler assembly or heat exchanger of any LV or HEMM" during last 7 (seven) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bid applications are invited should be either of the following:- (b) Three similar completed works, as mentioned above, each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the value of the estimated cost OR Two similar completed works, as mentioned above, each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the value of the estimated cost OR One similar completed work, as mentioned above, costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the value of the estimated cost. Note: Bidders may please note that Executed Value of Work against each experience is to be entered after deducting Service Tax/GST only and not total work order value/gross amount. Only Work value excluding of Service Tax/GST will be considered for evaluation purpose. b) Average annual financial turnover during last 3(three) years, ending 31st of the previous financial year should be at least 30% of the estimated cost.
