All bid/ tender documents are to be submitted online only and in the designated cover(s)/ envelope(s) on the e-GP website. Tenders/ bids shall be accepted only through online mode on the e-GP website and no manual submission of the same shall be entertained. Late tenders will not be accepted The scanned copies registration certificate duly attested , Preliminary Agreement duly signed by the contractor, bid capacity certificate and EMD exemption certificate (if any) shall be submitted online and subsequently in a separate cover by registered post/speed post or physically before the date and time of opening of tender. More details on EMD & Cost of Tender documents/ bid submission fee are mentioned in form 83 document. Security Deposit to be furnished by the successful bidder shall be in the form of Treasury Deposit for at least 50% of security amount of each bid. The bids shall be opened online at the office of the on at by the <Competent Tender Opening Authority> in the presence of the Bidders / their representatives who wish to attend at the above address. If the tender opening date happens to be on a holiday or non-working day due to any other valid reason, the tender opening process will be done on the next working day at same time and place. Online Tenders/ bids are to be accompanied with a preliminary agreement executed in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs.200/-. Tenders/ bids received online without scanned copy of preliminary agreement and subsequently the original in a separate cover by registered post/speed post or physically to this office on or before the date and time of opening of tender given in the tender notice will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. Further details can be had from the NIT or Office of the , during working hours. Necessary Quality Certificate as per government orders and circulars from time to time are also applicable to this work .All other existing conditions related to tender of LSGD will be applicable in this tender also. The LSGD will not be responsible for any error like missing of schedule data while downloading by the Bidder. All the conditions in DSR 2014and Panchayath Public Works Manual and the modifications are applicable to this tender. Details required for e- payment (Details of bank account having core banking facility and e-mail address of the contractor) shall be furnished along with the tender. Tenders not accompanied by these details will be rejected. All subsequent G.O's connected to tenders are also applicable to this tender.
