EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (EMD) : Rs 33740 /- (Thirty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Only) (To be deposited online through E- tendering portal only). 4. SUBMISSION OF TENDER: Following documents should be submitted through e- tendering route only. Submission of Documents  The EMD (if any), bid and tender documents has to be submitted online only.  Bidders have to fill, stamp & sign requisite “Declaration A,B,C&D”, “Declaration for Black Listing”, “Undertaking” and “Statement of Credentials” and other requisite documents as per tender. Upload scanned copied of these documents along with tender document.  It is advised that the bidder uploads small sized documents (preferably upto 5 MB) at a time to facilitate in easy uploading into e-tendering site. Indian Oil does not take any responsibility in case of failure of the bidder to upload the documents within specified time of tender submission. Submission & Opening of Bids  Bid along with all the copies of documents should be submitted in the electronic form only through Indian Oil e-tendering system before bid submission closing time. Before the bid is uploaded, the bid comprising of all attached documents should be digitally signed using class 3 digital signatures issued by an acceptable Certifying Authority (CA) in accordance with the Indian IT Act 2000. 5. Goods & Service Tax Registration no. a) PAN: The tenderer should have valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) under the Income Tax law. b) GST registration: The tenderer should have valid Goods & Service Tax registration no. IOCL will not be responsible for in any way of failure on the part of bidder. Tenderer is required to be careful in ensuring that copies of all the requisite documents have been uploaded along with Statement of Credentials and the statement is correctly filled without leaving any required information. Non-submission of all documents or incomplete submission of any documents may result in rejection of the Tender.
