Late tenders will not be considered. No responsibility will be taken for postal delay or non- delivery/non-receipt of Bid documents. In case of tender being floated on e-procurement portal, online bids should be recd within the stipulated timeframe. This tender is processed as a Limited Tender Enquiry (LTE). Hence, unsolicited bids other than the vendors listed in list of vendors att as Appx ‘A’ to this RFP will not be considered as part of bidding process and will not be included while making Comparative Statement.
